| Deputy Governor of Papua Releases 168 Covid-19 Medical Volunteers |
Papua Deputy Governor Klemen Tinal, officially released 168 health volunteers to assist medical personnel in handling the Covid-19 pandemic in 16 Regencies / Cities in Papua.
Of 168 medical personnel, 48 of them are doctors, 98 paramedics, 14 epidemiologists and 10 nutritionists. They will be on duty at the Covid-19 referral hospital.
Klemen hopes that the presence of the volunteers of this medical staff can encourage other officers who are currently working in a number of regions. He asked them to work together as a team to serve the citizens.
Klemen also said, besides serving medically, they also volunteered to socialize health protocols, both delivered by WHO and the Ministry of Health.
