TNI Soldiers Task Force Pamtas Infantry Battalion 125 / Si'mbisa can tour the village to help provide medical treatment for residents who are sick in Kampung Kondo in the Indonesia-Papua New Guinea (PNG) border area.

Dansatgas Yonif 125 / Si'mbisa Lt. Col. Inf Anjuanda Pardosi, in Merauke, said that the treatment service around the villages for RI-PNG border residents was done by Pratu Hendro Prasojo from the Pos Kondo health team.

"The Kondo Health Post provides health services to Since, the daughter of the couple Mr. Nahum Sanggra and Mrs. Jein, residents of Kondo Village, Neukenjerai District, Merauke Regency, Papua," said Dansatgas Yonif 125 / Si'mbisa, Lieutenant Colonel Anjuanda Pardosi.

Lieutenant Colonel Anjuanda said, the health condition of the baby since he was only 9 months old had diarrhea, so his mother, Jein, had to take him to the Kondo Post for treatment.

Upon arrival at the post, the medical team without waiting directly provide health services to Since starting from the inspection to providing drugs.

"What Pratu Hendro is doing is part of our duties and responsibilities. Health services for people in need should be a priority scale," said Anjuanda Pardosi through Information of the XVII / Cenderawasih Kodam.

Anjuanda hopes that the presence of the Infantry Battalion Task Force 125 / Si'mbisa can help the difficulties experienced by residents at the RI-PNG border.

Ms. Jein said that the current weather conditions in Kampung Kondo were uncertain, resulting in many residents complaining of flu, fever and diarrhea, including her daughter Since.

When he found out that his baby had been affected by diarrhea, continued Jein's mother, he immediately took her to the TNI post in Kondo village to seek treatment.

"And the men of the TNI swiftly immediately examined and treated my daughter. Thank you to the army men who have helped with my daughter's treatment," said Ms. Jein.

"I and other residents are very grateful for the presence of the TNI Task Force Post in our village, because they are always there to help. Yes, hopefully the TNI fathers are always given health in carrying out their duties," said Jein as well.
