National Police Exists For Indonesian Papuan Children

Polri's love for the younger generation in Papua is realized by teaching children in Kampung Kaugapu to read, count, color, and help them to provide a basic understanding of the beauty of learning activities coupled with joy and play.

The activity was led directly by the Mimika East Kalimantan Police Headquarters Aiptu Lalu Hiskam who was accompanied by volunteers of Friends of Pi Ajar and attended by around 24 Papuan children by reading, counting, coloring, and introducing animals to broaden their horizons.

Kanit Binmas said the activities carried out were aimed at developing mindsets and helping to introduce to the nation's younger generation, especially in Kaugapu Village about the beauty of science.

"These successors are great candidates for the future, so we here only help them to provide a basic understanding of the beauty of learning activities coupled with fun and play," said Aiptu Hiskam.

This activity received appreciation from parents because they considered the National Police and volunteers to be very concerned about education and the future of the nation's generation, especially in areas that could be declared remote.

One of the volunteers involved in the activity said she was happy in teaching and sharing knowledge with children in Kaugapu Village. He who is a member of the Pi Ajar Friends feels closer and can mingle freely with children.
