Rural Residents of Boven Receive Assistance from National Police Headquarters

A total of 100 families (KK) in Asikie Kampujng, Jair District, Boven Digoel Regency, Papua Province, received rice assistance from the National Police Headquarters distributed by Jair Police.

Jair Ipda Police Chief Fechy J Ataupah when contacted from Jayapura City said, the distribution of rice from the National Police Headquarters was conducted since Sunday (5/31) afternoon by police station members assisted by local villagers.

"The distribution of rice is carried out in Asikie Village for 100 families, each receiving 10 kg," he said

Before being distributed, each prospective recipient has been properly recorded and given a coupon so that it does not happen wrong target and the recipient family is a family that really needs it.

Besides rice, Jair Police also provided instant noodles to 100 families as a form of Polri's concern in helping the community in the midst of difficulties due to the corona virus pandemic.

It also continues to socialize health protocols that must be implemented by the public in a disciplined manner including staying at home, wearing masks when forced to leave the house, diligently washing hands with soap in running water, maintaining immunity by consuming nutritious food, and cultivating clean and clean living healthy.
