Papuan Mountain Youth Leader, Akila Wenda said that Lukas Enembe must be brave to face the law and prove it if he feels innocent. It is important for Lukas Enembe to provide information to the KPK so that the corruption case that ensnares him can be made clear.
"The government is the representative of God and has clear legal rules to follow," Akila explained in his statement, Thursday (6/10/2022).
According to the former member of the West Papua National Committee (KNPB), Lukas Enembe, as a servant of God, must come to give information to the KPK when his health has recovered.
"The public does not need to intervene in the Luke Enembe case," said Akila.
Akila hopes that the Papuan people will not have to make sacrifices to protect Lukas Enembe and can create a safe and peaceful Papua situation.
"Each customary area must have a rule of law to maintain peace and harmony," said Akila.
"The public should not carry out provocations and remain vigilant to those who spread hoax information to disrupt Papua's stability," Akila concluded.
