The Papuan provincial government encourages coordination and collaboration with ministries and institutions to accelerate the development of basic infrastructure in Cenderawasih Earth.
Assistant for the Economy and People's Welfare of the Papua Regional Secretariat Muhammad Musa'ad stated that the sources of funds were used for several things including transportation, electrical energy, communication and sanitation which were sourced from the APBN.
Moreover, to build basic infrastructure is not only the responsibility of the Regional Government, but also the center, including the Housing Hall, River Hall, Road Hall. Likewise at the center of health and agriculture.
“Now what must be a common concern is not only the issue of money, but how to sit together to synergize so that it is effective so that there is no duplication. Don't let there be overlaps so that development can be evenly distributed," he explained.
According to Musa'ad, quite a lot of money has come into Papua. But now, what must be discussed more intensely is how to synergize, so that it is not only the money if there is enough money, but not to mention the existence of CSR which also participates in accelerating infrastructure development.
"Not to mention the funds from the Ministry of Finance, with the nominal being greater than the Otsus funds," said Musa'ad.
He hopes that with good coordination, the direction of regional autonomy for the acceleration of Papua will become the coordinating force, so that changes can occur in Papua.
