South Sumatra Roller Skate Athletes Targets Silver in PON Papua




Muhammad Bagus Mardevi, being one of South Sumatra's roller skating athletes, is certain to participate in the Papua 2021 National Sports Week (PON) Multievent event.

Bagus, who is in the short distance sports (Spinter) number, managed to qualify for the Final when he participated in the Pre PON event in Bekasi 2019. Currently, he admits that he is busy with preparing to train regularly at the Rodan Jakabaring Sport City (JSC) Shoe Venue.

In addition, he also hopes to hold a TC outside Palembang, according to him, it is very important to develop his abilities. Moreover, he admitted that currently the toughest rivals are on average in Java.

Meanwhile, when asked about the target, this X1 grade student at SMA Negeri 19 admitted that he had a personal goal of being able to bring silver back to his beloved city, Palembang.

As is well known, Bagus himself has many hours of flying both at local and national events, like Porprov 2017 in Palembang, he managed to donate 1 gold 2 bronze.

Then he also participated in the 2018 Menpora Cup (Bantul, Jogjakarta) and at that time he also managed to collect 1 gold and 2 silver.
