The traditional leader (Ondoafi) of Sosiri Village, Jayapura, Papua, Boas Assa Enoch asked Papua Governor Lukas Enembe to be responsible for the legal case that ensnared him.
"Lukas must have the courage to take responsibility for his actions, especially after doing things that did not benefit the Papuan people to anger the Papuans," he said in a written statement in Jakarta, Monday.
According to him, Lukas Enembe and his family did not respect and respect the rule of law. Luke's wife and children were invited by the KPK to provide information, but did not comply with the summons.
In addition, he was disturbed by the appointment of Lukas Enembe as the Chief of the Papuan Tribe.
According to him, Papua has various tribes and cannot immediately appoint Lukas Enembe as Chief of the Big Tribe.
"The case that ensnared Lukas Enembe is an act of harassment that can bring down the dignity of the Papuan people," he said.
He appealed to people from all elements in Papua to be able to maintain peace within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
Previously, Papua Governor Lukas Enembe's wife and children did not attend the KPK summons to be examined as witnesses in Jakarta, Wednesday (5/10).
The KPK appealed to all parties who were summoned as witnesses in the investigation of the case to cooperate in attending to the summons of investigators.
