PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) again expanded the synergy by cooperating with PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Papua. This is to support the improvement of Bank Papua's service operations through the use of products and services.
The initial step of this collaboration began with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between BNI Deputy President Director Adi Sulistyowati and President Director of the Papua Regional Development Bank F Zendrato at Aston Sorong City Hotel, West Papua, Friday (14/10).
Adi Sulistyowati, who is familiarly called Susi, said that this collaboration includes the Tap-Cash co-branding cooperation, ATM cash withdrawal services, Domestic Government Credit Cards (KKPD), and curriculum development programs to improve HR capabilities.
"We are very grateful to Bank Papua for providing an opportunity for BNI to collaborate, especially in building a strong and more sustainable economy with various Go Digital solutions in Papua," said Susi, in an official statement Friday (14/10).
He hopes that this collaboration can provide great benefits for Bank Papua customers and the community as a whole. Meanwhile, Zendrato said that Bank Papua was proactive in increasing digital capabilities by opening collaborations with various parties.
He believes that this collaboration will not only be able to optimize each other's service capabilities, but also open up more opportunities to make new breakthroughs in providing the best service for all customers.
"We certainly appreciate BNI for opening up opportunities for collaboration with us. This will be an opportunity for us to strengthen Bank Papua's digital transformation and provide a new value proposition for our customers," he said.
