The Jayapura Regional Drinking Water Company plans to inaugurate 2 new programs to mark the company's 30th anniversary.
The two new programs are Integrated Service Outlets and Meterization.
This was stated by the Managing Director of PDAM Jayapura Entis Sutisna in a release received by Tribun-Papua.com, Monday (9/5/2022).
"Integrated service outlets and metering or water meter replacement for free to customers who experience damage to accuracy or loss of meters," said Entis Sutisna.
He said the program innovation ahead of the 30th Anniversary of PDAM Jayapura was intended to facilitate services to the community.
"The integrated service outlets will later function as a place for public complaints," he said.
However, said Enstis Sutisna, for people who are not satisfied with digital services, they can have discussions with officers at service outlets.
"The existence of this outlet is an effort to bring PDAM Jayapura closer to customers, whether paying for water bills, complaints, new connections, and other technical matters that you want to ask," he said.
The second program, according to Entis Sutisna, is the acceleration of the metering program, which is an effort to improve the accuracy of damaged meters or customers without meters.
"Meterization is a water meter replacement that applies to all PDAM Jayapura customers, who enter the customer database with damage to meter accuracy or loss of meters," he said.
"We hope that with these 2 new programs, we can further improve services to the community and can better accommodate various customer suggestions and inputs so that PDAMs will increasingly improve themselves," he continued.
