Kajati Investigates Alleged Misappropriation of Special Autonomy Funds at the Papua Education Office




The Papua High Prosecutor's Office is investigating a case of alleged misuse of special autonomy funds (Otsus) in 2020 at the Regional Education, Libraries and Archives Office (DPPAD).

The head of the Papua High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati), Nikolaus Kondomo, said that the state's losses were estimated at Rp 4 billion in the case. This followed the investigation of the special criminal investigator (Tipidsus) on 18 people as witnesses.
