The governor said, to maintain public security and order, law enforcers must provide protection and services to the community.
"This can be done by building partnerships and public health," he explained.
According to him, the Kantibmas Awareness Group is a National Police partnership organization with community groups that have shown their concern for the Kantibmas problem in complying with applicable laws and regulations.
"I hope that Pokdarkantibmas Bhahangkara as a partner of the Police in helping efforts to realize the security and order of the community as a source of information and can detect the possibility of social and economic problems arising in the midst of society," said Mandacan.
