Soon West Papua Has a Social Home

Responding to the social facts that occurred in the city of Sorong in recent years where there were many disadvantaged people found in their lives including elderly parents, widows, displaced people including orphans who do not have anyone else, pushing the PKB Papua The West was moved to fight to build a social house that is destined for these marginalized people.

Abdullah Gazam, chairman of the West Papua PKB Council who is also a member of the West Papua DPR on the sidelines of the laying of the first stone of social housing construction, said that what was done today was actually an implementation of the practice of Pancasila values, especially contained in the fifth precepts, namely social justice for all Indonesian people, which means that whoever he is is a citizen, he is entitled to the right to a decent life like other human beings in general.

"Sorong City that we both knew before I became a member of the DPRD I was a social activist, of course I found a lot of social problems that seemed to never have a solution, it departed from it all so that it became my intention and motivation to have to being a member of the DPRD Thank God the goal of being a DPRD member is achieved, then it is imperative that I return to take care of the poor and disadvantaged people in their lives, "said the young politician.

Alhamdulillah, I am grateful to God Almighty, officially, today I can lay the first stone for the construction of a social home or the first nursing home in the city of Sorong. This house will be very useful because it accommodates all components of the underprivileged or disadvantaged communities in his life.

On this occasion I also thank the management of the Papua Senja Roofing Foundation which as a forum to oversee the process of building this social house from zero to 100% later which is expected to be completed in the next 4 months
