| The TNI supports the advancement of education in the RI-PNG border school |
In order to educate the children of the nation on the RI-PNG border, the RI-PNG Task Force Yonif MR 411 / PDW Kostrad Pos Kout Sota held an activity with the theme "TNI Loves Papua" at the YPK Sota Elementary School, Sita District, Merauke District. Tuesday, (03/03/2020).
Led by the Task Force Pasiter Captain Arm Imam Ari Setiawan along with 4 Kout Sota Pos personnel by presenting a Smart Car equipped with a mobile library by bringing many reading books were enthusiastically welcomed by the students.
On the sidelines of the activity, Task Force Captain Captain Ari Setiawan revealed that the activity with the theme "TNI Loves Papua" is a series of Smart Car activities that present a window on the world through the Mobile Library followed by the gift of new shoes to poor students and handover of notebooks. and stationery at SD YPK Sota.
"In the activity of a smart car usually only brings reading books, but at this moment, the smart car also distributes gifts to students at the school visited, as a form of love and motivation for Papuan children to always be enthusiastic in school," he explained.
Furthermore the Task Force Pasiter also added, the other purpose of the event themed "TNI Love Papua" as well as the consistency of the RI-PNG Task Force Battalion 411 / PDW in supporting the advancement of education in the RI-PNG border school.
Representing the principal of the Sota YPK Elementary School, Julianus Noya, S.Pd. expressed his gratitude to Mr. TNI who was on duty at the Kout Sota Post, where the TNI had held smart car activities and given gifts and assistance to its students.
"Thank you to the TNI fathers who have held very useful activities for our students, hopefully they will always be loved by the people," he concluded.
