The Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information invites Papuan youth to spread creativity and productivity through digital content on social media at the Teras Negeriku Digital Workshop Workshop in Keerom Regency on Wednesday (6/7).

The Information and Communications Coordinator for Defense and Security of the Directorate General of Information and Public Communication (IKP) of the Ministry of Communication and Information, Dikdik Sadaka said that creativity and all the potential of Papuan children must be massively disseminated on social media.

"As the younger generation, we have to do a lot of positive things and spread them on social media to create good personal branding," said Dikdik in a release, Wednesday.

Dikdik also said, this activity is expected to spread Papua to other areas so that the potential and creativity of its youth are widely known. At the event, the workshop participants were introduced to how to develop personal branding by resource person Jeni Karay and the use of the Tiktok and Instagram Reels video applications as a means of disseminating information that young people are interested in today.

"Personal Branding is very necessary for youth, especially on social media to know what kind of content will be developed," said Jeni.

In addition, Ochy added that in making videos on social media, it is necessary to pay attention to technical matters so that other people will be more interested.

The workshop was attended by a hundred participants from among young people consisting of college students and high school students in Keerom Regency. Participants ended with a short video making competition as a form of application of the day's activities.
