Responding to the discourse on the sustainability of Special Autonomy (Otsus) Volume II in Papua, Emeros Kambu, Youth Leader of Kambuaya, Maybrat Regency also gave his support for the Government's policy for the continuation of the Special Autonomy.
"As a Papuan youth, I feel that Otsus must be continued, to build prosperity in the Land of Papua," said Emeros.
He added that Otsus was very useful in developing the human resources of the young generation of Papua. "With Otsus, many native Papuan sons and daughters can continue their education abroad," he continued
Emeros also invites all Papuan people, especially Papuan youths to jointly support the sustainability of Otsus which is considered good in realizing progress and prosperity in the Land of Papua.
In addition, he supports the Indonesian government labeling the Papuan Separatist Group (KSP) as the Papuan Terrorist Separatist Group (KSTP). "It is very appropriate because KSTP's actions are gross human rights violations that take many victims from civilians and children," he concluded.
