BPJAMSOSTEK maximizes participant services during PON Papua

In order to maximize service to workers' social security participants, BPJAMSOSTEK Papua Branch, Jayapura carries out monitoring and evaluation as well as guidance to the Work Accident Service Center or PLKK.

"This activity was attended by nine BPJAMSOSTEK PLKK provider hospitals in the Jayapura City, Jayapura Regency, and Keerom Regency areas," said Head of BPJAMSOSTEK Papua Branch, Jayapura, I Ketut Arja Leksana.

Arja said, the PLKK was to increase utilization in health facilities so that services to participants were maximized if they had a work accident, especially in welcoming and when the 2021 PON XX Papua was held.

"This activity is to determine the quality of service and evaluate the implementation of care and post-treatment programs for participants who experience work accidents in order to get maximum service from the BPJAMSOSTEK PLKK provider," said Arja.

Arja asked all JK provider hospitals to increase the use of PLKK utilization through the website https://tc.bpjsketenagakerjaan.go.id/logis.bpjs. For BPJAMSOSTEK participants, if there is a work accident, they can report it through the BPJSTKU application and the website link for JKK reporting from the hospital.

"We are committed to always providing the best and excellent service to all participants, both in the service of work accident claims and claims for Old Age Security, Death Insurance, and Pension Security," said Arja.

The President Director of Ramela Muara Tami Hospital, Nicodemus Barens, said monitoring and evaluation as well as guidance to PLKK were very useful, especially to improve services, especially in the implementation of XX PON later.

"We continue to provide maximum service to patients who come to Ramela Hospital. It is our responsibility to ensure the health and safety of citizens," said Barens.

Barens hopes that coordination and communication will continue to be improved so that the implementation of the PLKK runs optimally, especially the handling of participant patients from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Papua Branch.

"Hopefully the implementation of PON in Papua will be successful as well as residents in a healthy and comfortable condition when watching the match. I hope residents become participants in BPJS so that they are protected by ensuring safety and handling in the event of a work accident," he said.
