Special Autonomy (Otsus) for Papua which was initiated by the central government for Papua since 2001 and then through Law Number 21 of 2001 with a fund of Rp 84 trillion, it has been 20 years that the special autonomy fund has been disbursed in Papua. Volume 1 Otsus Papua will end, again the central government will disburse the Papua Special Autonomy fund volume 2.
Various responses have been received by some Papuans rejecting the Papua Special Autonomy volume 2, but it is different with the South Sorong Regent Samsudin Anggiluli, who was asked for comments regarding the Papua Special Autonomy volume 2.

The special autonomy fund has been very beneficial for the people of Papua, said the Regent.
"Many people do not know and have never seen what Otsus is used for, we build roads, build schools, we provide affirmative education for Papuan children, then scholarships and final studies. It's all from Papua's special autonomy funds, "he said.
In my opinion, the regional government does not see whether to reject and accept this special autonomy, but it is very helpful in developing West Papua as well as in South Sorong Regency, concluded Regent Samsudin Anggiluli.
