The Provincial Government (Pemprov) of Papua asks the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in the local environment to immediately complete all budgeted activities.
Assistant for the Economy and People's Welfare of the Regional Secretariat of Papua Province, Muhammad Musaad, said this was due to the low absorption capacity of the local provincial government.
"So there are obstacles because during the three months of carrying out 'Work From Home' so we will meet with the OPD to ensure it can accelerate the implementation process in each agency," Musaad said in Jayapura, Monday, July 27, 2020.
Musaad explained that his party asked each OPD to race against time because they were in the seventh month or August so they had to quickly complete their responsibilities to carry out the planned program of activities in the 2020 regional budget (APBD).
"We have also included the 2020 changes to the DPRP, as well as the LKPD, LKPJ and several provincial regional regulations as well as special regional regulations to be discussed at these sessions," he explained.
He said according to the instructions, all OPD leaders did not leave the place for the next week or two because there would be a density of discussion activities with the Papuan People's Representative Council (DPRP) based on the agenda that had already been entered.
"So all OPDs are asked to immediately utilize the remaining time to complete what has been planned," he said.
