Chairman of the Indonesian Guard for Papua Province Yusuf Yambe Yabdi in Jayapura on Wednesday hoped that the anniversary of the Pancasila Birth Day on June 1, 2020 would be the right opportunity for the revival of the nation's social capital values ​​amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

"We invite all elements of the nation's children to return to the identity of the Indonesian people who prioritize a noble attitude as a large nation that is cultured and good manners, which is the hallmark of the Indonesian nation, by united, mutual cooperation with the government to overcome the corona virus that struck the world and this country, "he said.

He said that Indonesia was confronted with the COVID-19 pandemic, so that all parties must stop fighting, blaspheming and inciting each other.

"Let's unite in the face of COVID-19 which is now happening to go to a prosperous and developed Indonesia," he said.

He also invited all Papuans and Indonesians to pray for the country's leaders to be able to bring the people to face COVID-19.
