MAPPI POLRES SHARE RICE FROM THE POLICE Chief

Mappi Regional Police again distributed aid rice from the National Police Chief to the people affected by the corona virus (Covid-19) in the Mappi Regency.

The distribution of aid rice from the Head of the Indonesian National Police (Kapolri) General Police Idham Azis, M.Si for the community aims to ease the burden on small communities affected by Covid-19 and support the acceleration of handling of Covid-19.

Mappi Resort Police Chief AKBP Cosmos Jeujanan after distributing aid Rice said, the Kapolri program's rice assistance we distributed at 6 locations namely Mur, Linggua, Katan, Yatan, Port Laborers and the Nambay riverbank community was 600 sacks / sack.

Rice originating from Polri rice supplies will be distributed in early June in accordance with orders from the National Police Chief. The assistance will later be given to people who do not receive BLT and other assistance so that the Collaboration between the Police and the Government in supporting the mitigation of the impact of this Pandemic becomes aligned so as to lighten the affected communities.

The distribution plan will be continued tomorrow with the target in 6 villages in 2 districts using speed boats and boats but later Bhabinkamtibmas will do data collection so that the rice given can be distributed precisely to the target.

AKBP Cosmos added that the Mappi Regional Police will continue to assist the government and fully support government policies by making pre-emptive and preventive efforts, humane education and repressive efforts by not getting tired of providing education to the public.

Regarding health protocols such as diligently washing hands, wearing masks and keeping a distance to avoid the exposure of this virus, because it must continue to be done to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in support of the new life order that will be implemented later.
