The construction of 20 semi-permanent housing units of type 36 for the community in Kampung Epem, Citak Mitak District, Mappi Regency, Papua Province, through the 107th TNI Manunggal Building Village (TMMD) program Kodim 1707 / Merauke, everything has been completed 100 percent and ready in habitable.

Commander of Kodim (Dandim) 1707 / Merauke Lt. Col. Inf Eka Ganta Chandra, S.I.P. as the 107th TMMD Dansatgas, explained that it was all thanks to a high and compact work spirit and good relations with all levels of society, the Mappi Regency Government and related apparatus and agencies.

"The construction of 20 community housing units in Kampung Epem which was built by the 107th TMMD Task Force Kodim 1707 / Merauke personnel, everything can go well, smoothly and finished before the specified deadline," he said.

TNI Manunggal Building the 107th Village will be closed on Tuesday, April 14, 2020. "Later I will submit the results of the construction of 20 housing units that we have been working on to the local government," said Dandim 1707 / Merauke.

"Of the remaining time available, the 107th TMMD Task Force Kodim 1707 / Merauke will build a Waiting House on the edge of the Kampung Epem river near the port, so that people who want to travel can rest while waiting for the boat they will be riding in," he said.

According to Lt. Col. Inf Eka Ganta Chandra, the construction of the Waiting House can be utilized for many people and as a form of over achievement.

"Waiting houses can later be used by the community to wait for a boat when they want to travel to other places," he concluded.
