Papuan Youth Leader Albert Ali Kabiay considers the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) shooting of Freeport employees to be labeled terrorists. For spreading terrorist acts amid the corona virus pandemic.

"On behalf of humanity in the world, condemning the KKB's actions that killed Freeport employees in the Kuala Kencana region, Mimika Regency. According to the Regional Leadership Council of the Youth Mandala Trikora Papua, the KKB deserves to be arrested and processed according to the law. Ali added, the Papua KKB could be categorized as a terrorist by referring to RI Law Number 5 of 2018, concerning amendment to RI Law Number 15 of 2003, concerning the Establishment of Government Unity in Lieu of Law Number 1 of 2002 concerning Eradicating Terrorism Criminal Act into Law.
