The implementation of special autonomy (otsus) in Papua is considered the best way. The policy is considered appropriate in increasing development on the Earth of Cendrawasih.

Executive Director of the Indonesian Public Institute (IPI), Karyono Wibowo, said the Papuan people should not be caught up in political games related to special autonomy.
