"Judging from the curriculum vitae (CV) Syahid, he is very promising and experienced in handling the rowing team. Maybe we will focus on dealing with the physicality of our athletes," said Secretary of PODSi South Kalimantan, Donny Wiryawan Achdiatt.

Then he returned to Brunei Darussalam to become a head and dragon boat trainer in 2010-2015. One of the rowing trainers in Australia and the head coach of the Indonesian Dragon Boat rowing team at the Asian Games from 2016-2018.
The presence of Syahid alone changed the target of PODSI South Kalimantan in PON Papua 2021. Paddle, which was not included in the predictions of KONI South Kalimantan, promised two gold.
"Previously, we were not targeted for a medal. But this time, I am targeting to win two gold medals," continued Donny.
Regarding the targeted gold, Donny did not want to divulge because of the South Kalimantan PODSI strategy so that it could not be read by other regions. "Just wait for the surprise," continued Donny.
