The chairman of the Septiandy Youth Loving the Fatherland Youth Coalition (KPCTA), who is usually called Andy in a webinar discussion with the theme 'Optimizing Special Autonomy as a Concrete Step for Equitable Prosperity of Papua', believes that Otsus in Papua and West Papua must be encouraged as a measure to equalize the welfare of the Papuan and Papuan people. West.

"Otsus Papua and West Papua must continue to be encouraged by the central and regional governments with the aim of more secure welfare distribution," said Andy, today.

On the other hand, Andy also revealed that the central and regional governments must pay more attention to proper procedures and regulations so that the Special Autonomy Fund can be directly in the hands of the Papuan and West Papuan people so that it can be processed and felt by the indigenous people of Papua and West Papua themselves, so that the funds are not allowed. later not on target.

"It is necessary to carry out a more precise study related to the proper procedures and rules for the provision of special autonomy funds. In the future, the special autonomy fund will not be right on target, especially if it is not directly in the hands of the people, because what must be welfare is the indigenous people of Papua and West Papua," Andy continued.

Andy also explained that if later the people of Papua and West Papua have experienced the positive impact of development from Otsus, the people of Papua and West Papua will automatically erode the existing conflicts so that Papua and West Papua will be safer and more peaceful, because basically the conflicts in Papua and West Papua does not escape the impact of social inequality.

"With the right target special autonomy funds aimed at developing the people of Papua and West Papua, automatically the social inequality will be resolved and the positive impact of the conflict will be eroded. Papua and West Papua will be safe and peaceful," Andy explained.

Andy firmly supports the continuing provision of special autonomy funds in Papua and West Papua so that there is equal distribution of welfare and as a solution so that Papua and West Papua are always safe and peaceful.
