The Regional Police and Bhayangkari in the Papua Region distributed compassion in the framework of the Humanitarian Aid for Women and Children and united against Covid-19 around Jayapura City.
AKP. Nur Jannah, said that 200 bansos from the Bhayangkari Region of Papua were distributed to Jayapura City residents targeting women, the elderly, disability groups and children under five who were affected by Covid-19.
The distribution of rope is carried out door-to-door or mandatangi directly to women, the elderly. disability groups and toddlers ranging from the Bhayangkari Regional Office of Papua Angkasa Dok V Jayapura to Hamadi.
"Our hope is that this assistance can help and be useful for the people of Jayapura City, especially Women and Children in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic," AKP said. Nur Jannah in Jayapura, Saturday (06/06/2020).
One of the beneficiary residents, mama Yakoba Safar (Pinang seller in the porch of the Sinar shop) expressed her gratitude for the assistance that had been given.
"We are very grateful to the Bhayangkari Daerah Papua for the assistance given to us Jayapura City women," he said.
With this assistance and outreach, he invited all members of the community to follow the Government's call to always use masks, social distancing and maintain cleanliness so that it can break the Covid-19 chain.
Present at the event were the Director of the Papua Police Regional Police Commissioner Kombes Pol Gatot Aris Purbaya, AKP Nur Jannah along with 3 personnel of the Community Service Directorate and 2 personnel of the Papua Regional Police Directorate.
