| MRP and the Papua Regional Police Call for Preservation of Harmony and National Unity |
Member of the Papua People's Assembly Working Group (Pokja) Religion, KH. Tony Wanggai held a meeting with religious leaders and representatives of community leaders in Jayapura City, Thursday (6/25/2020).
The meeting, which was held in the hall of the Jayapura City Ministry of Religion Office, was included in the MRP Recess program for the second session of 2020.
The meeting was attended by the Papua Police Chief Inspector General Paulus Waterpauw; Special Staff of the Deputy President V in Law, Human Rights, Security and Special Autonomy in Aceh and Papua, Laus Rumayom; Chairman of the Papua National Commission on Human Rights, Frits Ramandey; and the Head of the Jayapura City Ministry of Religion H. Abdul Hafidz Yusuf, as well as religious leaders, Jayapura Numbay Customary Institutions and the association.
