Concerned about Covid-19 Pendemi, the Task Force of SOEs Hand Over Medical Aid to the Papua Provincial Government

The State-Owned Enterprises Task Force hands over Rp150 million in medical device assistance to the Government of the Papua Province. The assistance was handed over from the General Manager of the Papua and West Papua Regional Main Unit (UIW) Papua and West Papua, Johannes A Ari Dartomo to Acting Regional Secretary of Papua Province, Ridwan Rumasukun in Jayapura, Friday (6/5/2020).

In his direction, Rumasukun expressed his gratitude to the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Task Force (SOE) who always cared about helping the government deal with the Covid-19 pandemic.

"We will immediately distribute the assistance to the Papua Covid-19 Task Force, and then distribute it to our brothers and sisters in need," he said.

He hoped that the collaboration between the Government of the Papua Province and the SOE Task Force could continue. This is important to ensure that the prevention and handling of the Covid-19 outbreak will be complete.

"Starting today, New Normal will be implemented. Therefore, we continue to uphold the recommended distance, in accordance with the provisions of the health protocol. Work continues, production continues, but health must not be forgotten, "he said.

General Manager of the Papua Regional Unit Unit (UIW) of Papua and West Papua, Johannes A. Ari Dartomo said he was happy to be able to contribute to alleviate the burden on the Papua Provincial Government in handling the Covid-19 outbreak in Bumi Cenderawasih.

"We are a combination of 21 BUMNs in Papua, and PLN appointed as the chair of the Task Force. We hope that this rock will be useful and resolve the outbreak soon, "Johannes said.
