The Indonesian National Armed Forces and the Indonesian National Police Distributed Rice to Residents Affected by Covid-19 |
Located on the Papua Polda Tennis Court, the Public Kitchen activities of the TNI-Polri and Mrs. Bhayangkari were followed by the distribution of 500 packets of rice to security personnel in Kampung Kehiran and Toware Jayapura Regency and communities in Jayapura City that were affected by covid-19, Tuesday (21 / 4/2020).
This activity is a form of the concern of the Indonesian National Police and the Bhayakakari District of Papua Regional Police towards security personnel who carry out guard in the Kehiran and Toware villages related to the House Burning case in Sentani Papua and the people affected by Covid-19 in Jayapura City.

He continued, But incidentally last Sunday there was a riot in Jayapura District so that the food we cook today will be dropped by 500 packets to the people affected to the riots in Jayapura Regency.
And from our observation that members have been able to make 1 day of 500 packs of rice we hope that after this riot we can really focus on the impact of Corona Virus.
Furthermore, members led by AKP Nurjana from the Directorate of Papua Regional Police Binmas distributed the wrapped rice food to the people affected by Covid-19 in Jayapura Papua City and Kompol Agung Ichtiarso distributed rice packets to Personnel carrying out security in Kampung Kehiran and Toware Sentani Jayapura District.
One of the people, Mama Yohana Wakum, a fish seller in Jayapura City, thanked the Papuan Regional Police and Mrs. Bhayangkari for their food aid, so that what they did could be a blessing for all and Covid-19 could quickly end.
Another community member, Mr. Agus, also expressed his gratitude to the Bhayangkari Papua Regional Police for their basic food assistance, this assistance has been very useful for us because since Covid-19 our income has declined.
