Dansatgas said, the incident began on Tuesday (7/4/2020) at 19:00 CET, when Yanggandur Pustu Midwife Indah Pirna Sari (30 years old) came to the Yanggandur Pos and asked for help, that there were villagers who were going to give birth.

Receiving the news, Yanggandur Post Commander (Danpos) Serka Supriyadi, together with Tamtama Health (Takes) personnel, Praka Agung Mustofa and three other personnel, immediately headed to the Kampung Yanggandur Village.

After waiting a few hours, precisely at 00.28 East Indonesian Time through labor normally with only a flashlight and simple equipment, Midwife Indah Pirna Sari and Praka Agung Mustofa assisted in the birth of Ms. Indah Pirna Sari who gave birth to a female child with a healthy condition and has a weight of 3.2 kg and a length of 49 cm.

Furthermore, it was said that what the TNI soldiers did was an implementation of our commitment (Satgas Pamtas) since the beginning of the assignment, namely carrying out tasks oriented towards self-benefit for the environment, and being able to work together with all agencies in helping the difficulties faced by the people at the border.

"In Yanggandur Village, the synergy between the Yanggandur Post and Yanggandur Sub-district in assisting the birth of residents is the second time, this is a concrete manifestation of the TNI and the local Health Agency in providing services to the community," concluded Dansatgas.

Meanwhile, Mr. Libarius Banggu (39) husband of Mrs. Theresia Ndiken, thanked Yustandur Pustu and Infantry Task Force MR 411 / Pdw Kostrad Pos Yanggandur, for assisting the delivery of his wife who gave birth to his fourth son.
