Increase the Spirit of Learning, TNI Help Send Papuan Children to School




In order to increase the enthusiasm for learning and going to school for children in the RI-PNG border area, the Pamtas Mechanized Infantry Battalion 403/Wirasada Pratista Pos Kout task force helps take children who will go to school using the means of transportation from the Task Force service, in Workwana Village, Arso District, Keerom Regency, Papua.

This was conveyed by the Dansatgas Pamtas Mechanized Infantry Battalion 403/Wirasada Pratista, Lt. Col. Inf. Ade Pribadi Siregar, S.E., M.Sc., in a written release in Keerom Regency, Papua, Friday, (01/10/2021).

Dansatgas revealed that in relation to the education of the 403/Wirasada Pratista Pamtas Mechanized Infantry Battalion under his leadership, he will continue to participate in helping and supporting and succeeding in the mission of educating the nation's life, especially school-age children in the RI-PNG border area.

"We hope that what we are doing can help make it easier for school-age children in border areas to study, so that in the future they can become the next generation of a great nation," said Dansatgas.

"One of the efforts we have made to support the education of school-age children in this border area is by providing transportation assistance to pick up and drop children to school," added the Dansatgas.

Separately, Danpos Kout Pamtas Mechanized Infantry Battalion 403/Wirasada Pratista Lettu Inf Sumarno said that we are very happy to be able to support the smooth process of children's education, namely by assisting the means of transportation for the military service of the Task Force used to carry children from the Workwana Arsotami village located in Lives around the Pamtas Task Force Command Post, Mechanized Infantry Battalion 403/Wirasada Pratista, goes to his elementary, middle and high school schools which are approximately 15 (fifteen) to 20 (twenty) minutes away.

“The children and their parents are very enthusiastic, excited and very happy to receive support using military service transportation from the Pamtas Mechanized Infantry Battalion 403/Wirasada Pratista, we also feel the same way so we are ready to take the children from the Task Force Post to school, This is in line with the expectations of the Dansatgas Pamtas Mechanized Infantry Battalion 403/Wirasada Pratista, which is to help local governments fill the limited educational transportation facilities that are still difficult in border areas,” said Sumarno.

In line with this, one of the parents of Mama Carolina Nawyagir (45) expressed her pleasure and gratitude to the Pamtas Task Force for the Mechanized Infantry Battalion 403/Wirasada Pratista Pos Kout for being willing to help take their children to school using military service vehicles.
