"It is necessary to carry out a more precise study related to the proper procedures and rules for the provision of special autonomy funds. In the future, the special autonomy fund will not be right on target, especially if it is not directly in the hands of the people, because what must be welfare is the indigenous people of Papua and West Papua," Andy continued.
Andy also explained that if later the people of Papua and West Papua have experienced the positive impact of development from Otsus, the people of Papua and West Papua will automatically erode the existing conflicts so that Papua and West Papua will be safer and more peaceful, because basically the conflicts in Papua and West Papua does not escape the impact of social inequality.
"With the right target special autonomy funds aimed at developing the people of Papua and West Papua, automatically the social inequality will be resolved and the positive impact of the conflict will be eroded Papua and West Papua will be safe and peaceful," said Andy.
