| Form of Tolerance, Task Force Battalion 713 Karya Bakti Cleansing Place of Worship |
As a form of tolerance to religious communities, the 713 / ST Battalion Task Force held an activity to clean up worship places in Yowong Village.
This was conveyed by Dansatgas Yonif 713 / ST, Lt. Col. Inf Dony Gredinand, S.H., M.Tr.Han., M.I.Pol., In a written release in Muara Tami District, Keerom Regency, Papua, Wednesday (1/7/2020).
Dansatgas revealed, the cleaning service of the Calvary Church led by Serda Erekh Yohanes along with Skamto Post personnel was held on Tuesday (6/30/2020).
"This activity is a form of tolerance from the Task Force to fellow religious communities in the assignment area," he said.
Further said, cleaning the church is not the first time carried out, but at every opportunity routinely held.
"This moment must really be utilized by us to build good relations with the community, one of which is by conducting community service within the church," he said.
"Through this activity it is hoped that the Jama'at will be comfortable in carrying out worship because the Church building is clean," added Dony Gredinand.
