NGO Ramkodi Supports KPK in Investigating Allegations of Corruption in Central Mamberamo



The People's Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Refusing Discrimination (Ramkodi) expressed its support for the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to investigate the alleged corruption case that occurred in Central Mamberamo Regency (Mamteng).

"I, along with the people of Mamberamo, fully support the investigation process carried out by the KPK regarding the alleged corruption that occurred in Central Mamberamo Regency," said the head of the NGO Ramkodi, Musa Pagawak in a short video received by this daily, Monday (13/6/2022). ) afternoon.
 
In addition to asking the KPK to investigate allegations of corruption, Musa also asked the people of Mamteng not to be provoked by the various issues circulating regarding the alleged case.

"For all youth, and intellectuals in Central Mamberamo, so as not to provoke the community to do things that are against the law," he said.

Previously, the KPK had named a suspect in a bribery and gratification case in the Central Mamberamo Regency Government. However, the Corruption Eradication Commission has not yet announced who the party named as a suspect is.

Acting Spokesperson for KPK Enforcement Ali Fikri said the KPK would announce who was responsible for the case, as well as explain the construction of the case after the investigation was deemed sufficient.

"The announcement of the parties who are named suspects, the chronology of the case and the alleged articles will be submitted when the investigation is sufficient and when the investigative team has attempted to forcefully arrest or detain them," said Ali Fikri at the KPK's Red and White Building, Jakarta, Tuesday. 7/6/2022).

The KPK ensures that it will always inform the public about the progress of investigating cases of alleged bribery and gratification at the Central Mamberamo Regency Government.
