We are holding a joint rally of the Yalimo Regency Government, ASN, TNI and Polri today with the aim of being able to unite all perceptions towards a successful Yalimo Regent and Deputy Regent Election in 2020 so that the definitive leader will later lead our ancestral land, namely Yalimo Regency towards change, innovation for improve the welfare and happiness of the Yalimo people.
On that occasion, the Acting Regent Itlay also said that he would hold several meetings starting from the Yalimo Regency Covid-19 Team, to ensure all efforts related to handling Covid-19 in this district located in the central mountains of Papua.
"I will also meet with the KPUD and Bawaslu of Yalimo Regency, as well as five district heads and 300 village heads, because I want the Yalimo Regency post-conflict local election process to provide good political and democratic education to the people of Yalimo," he said.
The Acting Regent of Itlay also asked the ASN and the ranks of the TNI / Polri as pillars of democracy, to be an example or role model for the Yalimo community, because whoever was elected as the Regent and Deputy Regent of Yalimo in 2020 is the best son of Yalimo Regency, a native of Papua, and someone native Yalimo ,.
Simeon Itlay said that today's world is a digital world, globalization, and of course the current era of technology is a very basic basic need.
"As long as I serve as the Acting Regent of Yalimo, I will prioritize internet or wifi in Yalimo because if there is internet or wifi it will really help us in completing our work," he concluded.
